DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping fee: 

 -  $75.00 and up: Free shipping

 -  $0.00 – $74.99: 4.99 USD to US and 5.99 USD to others.

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. 

When you make an order from the abroad, the customer would be considered as an importer, which means that the customer would take a responsibility to be charged the fees like the customs, import duties, GST, and etc. The customs policy could be different by the countries the possibility whether there’s no customs or not couldn’t be assured. Please refer the customs site of each countries or local customs office for more details. Also please be noted that the receiver could be charged for the customs or related fees according to the country's policy, in the case of overseas order, when there are multiple orders on same address.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package!

*All Paypal pending need 10 days for verify and process.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. Normally, we use this to check information of tracking: https://www.17track.net/en.
If you don't receive the tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated into online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 7 days since you receive it, please contact us.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER - WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is returned to sender due to wrong Address Information, WE will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form. Buyer should take the responsibility over this matter as we allow an Order Modification within 24 Hours.

Lost Order – Wrong Address

WE will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.
